Florida Gateway College proudly supports the Florida Prepaid College Program, making higher education affordable and accessible for students and families. As a participating institution, we accept Florida Prepaid plans to cover tuition and other eligible fees, helping you maximize your savings and minimize the financial burden of pursuing your education.

What is Florida Prepaid?

Florida Prepaid is a state-sponsored program that allows families to lock in the cost of college tuition and fees at today’s rates, providing a reliable way to save for future educational expenses. With a variety of plans tailored to meet different needs and budgets, Florida Prepaid ensures that higher education remains within reach for Florida residents.

Using Your Florida Prepaid Plan at FGC

At Florida Gateway College, we make it easy to use your Florida Prepaid benefits. Here’s how:

1. Notify Us: Inform the FGC Business Office that you have a Florida Prepaid plan and would like to use it at FGC. Email cashier2@fgc.edu from student email account with name, student ID number and intention to use Florida Prepaid.
2. Complete and submit the Authorization to Disclose Information form: This allows FGC to work with Florida Prepaid as authorized 3rd party and bill them as necessary. 
3. Automatic Application: Once verified, your prepaid benefits will automatically apply to your tuition and eligible fees.
4. Notify Us to Cancel: If at any time you no longer want to use prepaid benefits, email cashier2@fgc.edu. Otherwise, it will continue to remain active each term registered.
