The Computer Support Specialist with a Programming certificate directly follows the Computer Office Specialist with a Programming certificate. Once you have passed the six basic classes for a Computer Office Specialist with a Programming certificate, the student needs only five more classes to obtain the Computer Support Specialist with a Programming certificate. This certificate increases the student’s skills in networking, hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting, and web development or desktop publishing. This Computer Support Specialist with a Programming certificate can be taken entirely online and requires 33 credit hours.
