Preschool Specialization, C.C.C. (PSSC-CERT) 12 credits

The Preschool Specialization certificate is designed for students interested in working with children ages 3 and 4. Students will understand how to work with preschool-aged children changing from toddlers to beginning primary school. They will learn about developmentally appropriate classrooms and their responsibilities for providing this group of children with a foundation to start kindergarten. Students will also be eligible for the DCF Staff Credential upon program completion.
