Water Quality Technician, C.C.C (SBMD-CER) 18 credits

The Water Quality Technician Certificate program is designed to prepare individuals to enter the water quality field, in the area of water, wastewater, or water distribution. The first two courses provide the scientific and mathematics background for students planning to enter the career field. The Special Topics courses satisfy the Florida DEP requirement for completion of a course of study take the operator’s certification test. Students with active water or wastewater treatment operator licenses may articulate experiential learning for college credit.
