“For over 52 years, the college has been welcoming high school students that are college-ready to attend FGC,” said Dr. Lawrence Barrett, President of FGC. “Last year, we had over 600 students take advantage of our dual enrollment program, and in Spring 2023, we had 89 students graduate FGC before they graduated with their high school diplomas.”

FGC Dual Enrollment is a tuition-free program available to qualified secondary students in public, private, charter, and home schools that allows them to earn high school and college credit at the same time. By participating in the program, students can get a head start on their college careers, earn credentials to enter the workforce, or even complete their Associate in Arts degree, all before graduating from high school.
