FGC Performing Arts to Present “Peter and the Starcatcher”

LAKE CITY, Fla. – Florida Gateway College Performing Arts will present “Peter and the Starcatcher,” a play by Rick Elice with music by Wayne Barrer and based on the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. A cast of 19 talented FGC students and community members will offer four performances in the Levy Performing Arts Center, June 27-30.

About the show:

“Peter and the Starcatcher” is a magical prequel to the beloved story of Peter Pan.

Packed with adventure, humor, and heart, the story follows a young orphan and his friends as they encounter starstuff, pirates, and mermaids. This story is one that celebrates the power of friendship and the joy of imagination. Perfect for families, this show captivates audiences of all ages with its whimsical charm and enchanting narrative. Join Peter and his friends on a fantastical romp that promises endless fun and unforgettable memories!
